Position: Managing Director (Ref. MMD10)
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement business development strategies and provide support to team members
- Develop corporate strategy and plan
- Monitor and develop the bank’s operational effectiveness
- Definition of overall operational strategy and budget
- Oversees all facets of daily banking activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- A First Degree in Accounting or Management Sciences plus a master’s degree and or a professional qualification
- Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in the financial services industry with at least 5 years at senior management level or with a microfinance bank
- Strong entrepreneurship drive
- Good knowledge of information technology
- Strong marketing ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
Position: Accountant (Ref. ACC10)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the bank’s financial planning, reporting and management functions
- Manage the bank’s finance and accounting process
- Develop and implement appropriate accounting reporting system
- Supervise the information technology unit
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Possession of MBA, ACA/ACIB is an added advantage
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum of 4years relevant experience preferable in the banking industry
- Ideal candidate must be above 35year of age
- Demonstrate knowledge of IT
- Good oral and written communication
- Very good analytical skills
Position: Operation Manager (Ref. OPS10)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and control process design
- To design implement and manage bank’s operations
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting/Banking & Finance
- Possession of MBA, ACA/ACIB is essential
- Minimum of 4years relevant experience preferable in the banking industry
- Ideal candidate must be above 35year of age
- Demonstrate knowledge of IT
- Good oral and written communication
- Very good analytical skills
Position: Manager- Credit & Marketing (Ref. CAM10)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the appraisal process of any risk asset investment
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on investment opportunities
- Market the products and develop profitable relationship with customers
- Execute all credit programs and manage risk asset portfolio
- Initiating and developing new business
- Manage savings and deposit portfolios
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting/Banking and Finance/Economics/Business Studies/ or similar discipline
- Minimum of 4years post-qualification experience preferable in service industry
- Experience in credit/marketing or customer relationship in a reputable financial institution
